Chris Gemlo

Chris works full time as a licensed real estate agent and broker with Counselor Realty. He has won many awards as a top Realtor. In 2003 & 2007, he was selected by the Mpls St. Paul Magazine as one of the top 3% of Realtors in the Twin Cities. Chris is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Council of Residential Specialists and has the Advanced Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.

His background includes a BA degree in Mathematics, and a minor in Physics from the University of St Thomas as well as a mini-MBA in real estate. He has valuable experience as an accountant and tax preparer as well as a property manager and real estate investor. He has been teaching comm. ty education classes in Mpls and the western suburbs since 1998 where he has educated hundreds of home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors.
