Chris is amazing! We purchased our first home with him about 7 years ago. When it was time to for a bigger place we didn’t hesitate to call Chris again. We couldn’t be happier with our new home as well as with the offer we received on our first home. The Mason market is a rollercoaster but Chris held our hand the whole way. He has a ton of experience and replies to questions/messages promptly, even on Sundays. Highly recommended!

Searching for and purchasing our first home during this current market was filled with so many ups and downs and uncertainty but the one thing that kept us stable was Chris. We were lucky enough to have his name recommended to us by family. His knowledge of the market, the area, home value, and overall his very keen eye with details that we otherwise would’ve not noticed, lead us to our perfect home in this crazy market. Being a first time home buyer can be scary, we put our trust in Chris and it was clear that his only motivating factor was our success and happiness in the long term. Chris is VERY responsive, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He guided us flawlessly through the process from the first showing all the way up to signing on the dotted line. We will continue to recommend him to anyone brave enough to buy in this market and would not consider working with anyone else should we need future realtor needs. I already warned him if we ever move he will be selling our house :) We truly can not say enough good about Chris Gerke and we are so grateful he was the one to help us find our first home.

Buying or selling one’s home has to rank up there near the top on the emotional and stress chart...it can be exhilarating or devastating or both, and as anyone who has been through the experience can attest, it REALLY makes a huge difference who’s driving the bus. After interviewing several realtors, I chose Chris because he listened, answered questions honestly and directly, knew absolutely every single answer to everything that confused or concerned me, and I never once got the idea that he was BS’ing me. He told me the truth, not some answer that he thought I wanted to hear. He offered me simple tools to use myself that helped keep me informed in real time (such as the apps that told me when inspections, showings, the appraisal and so on were happening). Most importantly, he stayed in contact throughout the entire listing and selling process. (I was selling in Ohio and living in Washington.) My house sold for a much higher price than I expected thanks to Chris’ understanding of the market, and the sale was far smoother than I could have hoped. His office team is second to none...clearly everyone is on the same excellence level that Chris demands of himself. Customer service has become sadly spotty in today’s world, and I am old enough (as in, very) to remember what great customer service meant...and Chris is the very definition of perfect customer service and professionalism.

He helped me look for a home for 3 almost 4 years!! He always took me to homes even when I probably would not get them. Always answers and texts (even at 1130 when searching) his helper Alex is also amazing. We are extremely picky and he got us our dream house. If you have issues he finds a way. Also let him do his magic. He is amazing. I even recommended him to my mom. He dealt with two of us cause apples don’t fall far from trees!!
