About Chris

Although Chris grew up on the Connecticut Shore and lived for many years in Provincetown on Cape Cod, he spent his childhood summers in the Adirondacks at our family camp. His summers in the Adirondacks have always felt like home to me. So, when his husband, Joe, and he visited the Hudson River Valley for a wedding a few years ago, we very quickly knew that we would one day make this area our home. Before that, his background includes many years in the retail profession both in Connecticut and New York – spending most of that time in the fashion industry before his last corporate gig with Apple as a General Manager he oversaw the Greenwich, Connecticut store.

After seven years with Apple, he decided to shake things up, and so with our Golden Doodle, Gracie, we decided to make our weekend home in Provincetown our full-time residence. We left our Connecticut lives and careers to start our own business. We rescued an old health food store and recreated the space into a modern-day market and cafe. Both personal and professional success! After living in the Hudson part-time for the past few years, we are thrilled to finally call the Hudson River Valley our full-time home. We have settled into our 1880s Italianate-style home in the historic district of Hudson after an extensive renovation a process not new to us and one which we enjoy very much. Through his many years of working retail for both corporate America and as a small business owner.

Chris finds that the most rewarding aspect has been the relationships he has built with his clients and his teams, many with whom he remains close. He has always had a passion for all aspects of real estate from the search for the right property, to design and landscaping to the unloading of the boxes. So, once we settled into our new home and community, it was a natural decision for Chris to begin doing what he enjoys most: Real Estate. It is like a dream come true, and he is delighted to be part of the Houlihan Lawrence team.
