Chris Gibbs

Chris has been actively licensed for 29 years and has practiced real estate representing hundreds of clients buy, sell, lease and develop real estate in various U.S. markets. Additionally, Chris has a thorough understanding of residential and commercial real estate gained from sales, management, training of other agents, brokerage ownership and personal investing and project development. Chris currently holds an Associate Brokers license in the State of Idaho and the coveted CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) which is referred to as a "PhD of Commercial-Investment Real Estate".
