First time home seller!! Chris Howard was amazing! At the first thought of selling a house, it was scary and a bit intimidating. But Chris was able to break things down and works on your time, extremely well. Even when you’re just in the thought process, and wanting to get a feel for things…on how everything will work. Once the process was started he was always very fair, just worthy and reliable. He’ll show up when you’re needing him to, and was always open for questions that I had from the start to closing. We will be using him again, when our lives call us for the next adventure!

Chris was an excellent realtor throughout our long house hunting process. My family spent a lot of time touring homes with him and I can confidently say that he is a genuinely good person in addition to being the most patient realtor I've ever met.

We encountered some obstacles along the way and Chris had an unwavering confidence that the right house would come along. Not only was he professional, prompt in communication, and helpful when questions arose, but he also was patient and understanding when our criteria changed and evolved throughout our search. I joke that we must have been his most difficult clients but he always had a smile and assured us that he loved his job.

CHRIS IS THE MAN!

I needed a real estate agent to help me with a sudden move from the People's Republic of Maryland to the Free State of Kentucky.

My initial thought was to move to the Fort Knox area, but that property fell through, which is where I contracted Chris to help with.

After some trying circumstances on my end, like a pending divorce, losing my job, and dealing with the estate of my deceased son, Chris could have wrote me off.

Instead, he doubled down on his efforts with another agent in Maryland, and made multiple three hour trips in search of property for me.

I finally invested in beautiful 62 acre property in Manchester, KY. Chris even made a visit to the property AFTER the contract offer was accepted to ensure I would be as prepared as I possibly could when I took possession.

To sum it all up, Chris has a new place to hunt here in Manchester for as long as I own this land. That should say it all about the commitment you will get from my former real estate agent, and now my friend, Chris Howard.
