About Chris

Christopher was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He attended Lawrence North High School and then continued his education to earn a degree in business administration. While in college, he discovered his love for entrepreneurship with the goal of building a product that would simplify the needs of the people around him.

With this goal in mind, he became a licensed real estate agent in 2015 and focused on educating, while assisting families in purchasing real estate. Chris become involved in community development in 2016 and still going strong with a team of lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, general contractors, interior designers, and many more. After years of research and first-hand experience in the redevelopment of many areas in Indianapolis, Chris founded La Terre Boutique in May 2021.

La Terre Boutique offers innovative technology to clients to maximize information to make well-informed real estate purchases. Outside of real estate, Chris is a husband and father. He married his college sweetheart Corteese and this union created his real pride and joy, their daughter Cassidy. Chris’s passion is to make the goal of ownership achievable to the masses!
