When my sister and I unexpectedly became responsible for selling our parents house we listed it first with another agent, and the home didn’t have any movement let alone serious showings. After working with 2 previous realtors and being told I was looking for a unicorn, I signed up on the Dave Ramsey Solutions website on February 11th to find an Endorsed Local Provider. Three different realtors contacted me and Chris Kew was one of the realtors. I was very specific on what I wanted and Chris kept me updated to let me know that he was actively looking for a home for me. On March 15th he contacted me at 5:00 pm to let me know he had a home for me to look at and he got me a showing at 6:30 pm to see it! The area I lived in is quite rural so the market was tougher to negotiate. Chris had a professional photographer come in and they took great pictures, including arial pictures of my property with a drone. This is a must do. Chris is the best Realtor I have worked with so far. He is hardworking and very professional. Keeps his Clients needs a top priority when helping them with house hunting. We recently closed on our new home with him in Naperville IL. He helped us find our dream house in our favorite neighborhood. If we could give 10 stars to Chris Kew, we would. There aren't enough stars on here to accommodate our gratitude to Chris. If you are a first time home buyer, your search for a realtor is over! Chris was absolutely amazing and patient with us as first time home buyers. He was supportive every step of the way. He was always available, and quickly replied emails/texts even late at night. Once we found a house we wanted, we quickly got the process started. We were always kept up to date, and never had any time where we were left wondering. Negotiations were handled in our favor, and Chris made sure to have our back with everything. We eventually closed on a nice townhouse, and my husband and I could not be happier. Chris made the whole process painless!

Chris was an excellent realtor! I’d recommend him to anyone. We were first time home buyers and he had a lot of patience with us and our many questions. Chris was always willing to offer advice but would only act on what we felt comfortable with. He had many obstacles to deal with, like the sellers unresponsive realtor and water in the basement at the walk through, but handled them all with grace.
