Chris Klanyac is a dedicated and responsive broker with over ten years of residential real estate sales experience with Jameson Sotheby’s in Chicago, who makes it his top priority to understand his clients' needs and concerns and support them through each step of the real estate process. Whether he's helping buyers craft strategic offers to secure their ideal home, finding the perfect rental space for clients in transition or marketing properties to achieve the highest return for sellers, Chris is committed to helping his clients reach their real estate goals. Recognizing that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, Chris strives to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Building successful and lasting relationships with his clients is more important to him than any single transaction. Chris brings highly developed organizational skills, attention to detail and a knack for designing creative solutions that deliver results, earning him a business built on referrals and repeat clients. A native of Chicagoland, Chris grew up in the western suburbs and is readily available to assist clients in various neighborhoods of the city and suburbs, frequently working with those transitioning from the city to the suburbs as well as first time buyers. When not working hard for his clients, Chris enjoys traveling more than about anything, believing there's no better way to learn than by meeting new people and experiencing new things firsthand. He has a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and enjoys different styles of ethnic cuisine. An outdoor enthusiast, Chris's interests include hiking, skiing, boating, snorkeling, surfing and all things water related. Fluent in Spanish, he holds a B.A. in Foreign Languages from Illinois State University.
