Chris Lane

Chris Lane is a full-time Licensed PA Agent specializing in Residential, Commercial, Land, REO/Foreclosure, Short Sales, Leasing, and Property Management (CDL Property Management Solutions, LLC). His focus is primarily in the City of Philadelphia. However, he has represented Buyer and Seller in Delaware, Bucks, and Montgomery counties throughout his career. Currently, he is working out of the Exit Benchmark Realty Brokerage located in East Mt. Airy. Prior to working here, he spent 5 years with Exit Realty "The TRI-STATE Group". And, before embarking on a career in Real Estate he studied psychology and Marketing at Temple University. This launched a decade long career as a Behavioral therapist working for a non-profit organization servicing the Philadelphia communities. There he worked with the adult and school aged population to develop and implement therapeutic methods to reduce targeted mal-adaptive behaviors. This ultimately increase productivity and compliance among this population. Also, being an athletic and adventurous individual, he also enjoys activities such as Snowboarding, Paintball, Weight lifting, Cycling, 10K's, and random travels exploring the world in his free time. And it was his own personal experience acquiring and rehabbing homes prompted his decision to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Surprisingly, after only less than his second year in the business Chris was awarded "Top Listing Producer 2008" by his office for outstanding sales that year. This production continued and resulted in receipt of that award again in 2009. The following year he received the office top honor, Exit Realty The TRI-STATE Group's Overall "Top Producing Agent 2010". Chris' consistent million dollar sale production is a result of his continued education and use of cutting edge online technologies, which include social media, and aggressive marketing tactics. Tactics that have proven to turn listings into sold properties, that producing satisfied client year after year. Chris also possesses a vast knowledge of Short Sales and the Foreclosure process which is enhanced by his educational background from the Charfen Institute. As a result of the receipt of the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation his negotiation skills and knowledge base required to successfully close these type challenging transactions has increase. Additionally, Chris has positioned himself as a reliable vendor for dozens of Asset Management Companies throughout the Banking and Financial industry for their distressed properties. This has created opportunities to complete countless Broker Price Opinions (BPO's/BOV's) and list Real Estate Owned (REO's) or Bank owned assets. In 2018, Chris has set several goals. Short term consist of enhancing his overall knowledge of this ever changing Real Estate market. Yet still looking to expand to include, tripling the previous year's listing inventory, overall sales, client base, and increased productivity. However, as always complemented by innovated additions to customer service. Long term goals consist of, acquiring his Broker's License (testing in June), and opening a new Philly based Exit Realty Franchise Office by Spring of 2019.
