Chris began his real estate journey in 2007, inspired by his personal experience as a landlord. Within just two years, he became his office’s Top Listing Producer (2008, 2009) and earned Top Producing Agent for Exit Realty TRI-STATE (2010).

He leverages high-level tools, including professional photography, drone video, floor plans, and strategic online marketing, to deliver fast, top-dollar results. Chris is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), offering expert negotiation on short sales and foreclosure transactions.
