I had the amazing pleasure to work with Chris LeClaire as the other parties agent on my most recent transaction. For a listing agent, it is important to be responsive and thorough. Mr. Chris LeClaire is the best realtor you could ever ask for. I highly recommend him! He is professional, goes above and beyond any other realtor to make sure the place is ready to sell and get the best price. He was a huge help to me being disabled and a widow without anyone to fix things he made sure the property was at its peak. I received $21,000 over asking price for my home on acreage and in just a few short days! He knows and researches the market and area so he can instruct you on the best asking price. He will be selling the home that belonged to my brother for me also (I am the executor) and know he will be the same hard working and honest realtor he was for me and a friend (Von Martin has a review here also). I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Chris asks a lot of questions to determine what you're looking for (buyers perspective.) He was willing to keep dialogs open on a number of fronts, and kept communication going between buyer, seller, lender and title agencies. He's very willing to put in the legwork to keep the transaction moving forward. Good man!
