As a first time home buyer I couldn’t of asked for a better person to assist me through the process than Chris. He’s got love and passion for his job and truly goes out of his way to ensure his clients are pleased. From the first conversation Chris seemed knowledgeable about the area, available to get back to me within a few hours, experienced to manage and negotiate with the seller’s agent, imparting solid advice as to what our options could be, and proactive at every stage of the purchase. Chris did such a fantastic job. The whole team did. They were so on top of everything and made my first home buying experience so easy. They managed to work around my painful schedule and went above and beyond on helping me. I will forever be grateful for their hard and amazing work!!!

My standards for buying future homes is raised extremely high. If I ever needed to do so in this area again, I will be going straight back to Chris. He is enthusiastic, patient, and loves his job. On top of that, he is excellent at it, which is all you can ask for when making such a big purchase!!

Chris was a wonderful and one of a kind realtor. My house hunting took about 3 to 4 months and Chris has stayed enthusiastic, positive and helpful throughout the whole way. He has answered every question I had and was also a good mentor when it came to teaching me about every home that I looked at. Thanks to him, I have gained enough knowledge to be comfortable when looking at future homes. His assistant Ally is the friendliest person and is also extremely helpful which made this process for me even easier. Mike, his broker was very helpful as well, always willing to do what he could to answer questions or make things happen last minute. I’m very happy with the property I’ve just purchased with them. In fact, Chris is the one who found this winning property for me and sent it to me.

I will definitely be contacting this team if I ever want another home in the future. If for whatever reason I’m not able to work with them, I will definitely be looking for a realtor who can meet the high standards that Chris and Ally have set for me.

Chris represented and assisted me through the purchase of my first investment property. I was in California throughout the entire process. Chris did an incredible job guiding and advising me every step of the way. He was very responsive, did an excellent job communicating and was accommodating to my schedule and the 3 hour time difference. As an investor himself, he provided a lot of great perspective as he showed me properties via video chat and as we ran through numbers, rental comps, etc. Even after closing, he has continued to follow up, answer questions and provide resources as he has a lot of connections in the area.
