About Chris

Chris is a real estate broker licensed in Oregon and Washington. His specialty is helping clients sell their current single-family homes and downsize into condominiums. He was born and raised in Gustavus, Alaska. As long as he can remember, he has had a passion for real estate. During the time between fishing and traveling, he lived here in Portland and invested money earned from fishing into Portland real estate. He became increasingly immersed in the Portland market and decided to pursue real estate full time. He believes in Portland and its people. He is proud to serve as director of the Pearl District Foot Patrol, a group of forty-five volunteers who walk the Pearl weekly to clean up trash and advocate for neighborhood safety and livability. It’s a great group of people who have worked hard together and accomplished a lot of good. He’s become an expert in helping clients downsize, which allows him to provide the very best advice and services.
