Chris Maddy

Chris Maddy joined Villa Real Estate and the Tim Carr Group in 2013 and has been exceeding client expectations for the past decade. Growing up in the Dover Shores neighborhood, Chris is sought after for his first-hand knowledge of the area as well as Eastside Costa Mesa, Balboa Peninsula, and our local multifamily market.

Chris was exposed to the real estate business at an early age by his father and has been involved in record breaking Orange County residential and multifamily transactions. Throughout the process, Chris serves as a trusted advisor to his clients and is there at every step of the way to help his clients make informed decisions about their real estate transactions. Chris’s impressive sales record combined with his exceptional customer service has earned him a loyal client base as well as the respect of his associates.

Chris currently resides in Eastside Costa Mesa with his wife Kathleen and their daughter, Marilyn. On his time off, Chris enjoys playing golf, traveling, and fishing along our coast.
