Chris is a part of the Andy Bovender Team, a founding team in Charlotte, NC. Chris epitomizes integrity, reliability, and enthusiastic hard work in every detail of your real estate transaction. Chris comes from a family of realtors beginning with his grandparents on down to his mother, and a few other relatives mixed in there as well. Growing up around the real estate culture helped to instill in him the work-ethic, diligence, and patience needed to thrive in this ever-changing industry.
Chris relocated down to Charlotte from just outside of Wilmington, Delaware after graduating from Virginia Tech where he received his Bachelor of Science in psychology. Chris joined the Allen Tate Company that fall in 2006 and hasn’t looked back since. Chris has been able to take his passion for understanding people and their motivations and blended that knowledge with his now extensive experience in residential real estate.
In his free time, Chris’ passions vary quite a bit from just catching up on a book at home in South End to anything and everything outdoors, so long as he’s able to bring his Labrador retriever, Kingsley, along for the ride. Chris also never misses a chance to see live music and fortunately has Charlotte’s abundantly rich music scene to satisfy that need. Being a hobbyist guitar player, himself has helped him to truly appreciate music and other forms of art and there’s nothing quite like a live performance.
