About Chris
An Arkansas Delta native, Chris has called Little Rock home for more than 13 years. Chris is a skilled communicator who puts his clients' interests at the forefront while bringing creative solutions to the table to ensure that their real estate goals are met. His in-depth knowledge of Central Arkansas is underpinned by his 20-year career in economic development at the local, state, and national levels and anchored by his time at Entergy Arkansas and with Boyette Strategic Advisors.
With strong working relationships throughout the Little Rock region and Arkansas, Chris will uncover buyers and market your property to his extensive network. He enjoys combining his business acumen with customized marketing strategies to create “wins” for each client. As the Director of Marketing and Development at Capital Sotheby’s International Realty, Chris strives to ensure that every property evokes a story and that every story gets told.
Because of his innate desire to see the region prosper, Chris spearheaded the development of Create Little Rock, the Little Rock Regional Chamber’s initiative to keep, attract, and grow creative talent. Chris is a Class XXV graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock as well as a longstanding member and former Board of Trustees chair of the Little Rock Regional Chamber. Further, he has served in leadership positions for many local, nonprofit boards that serve the community and is the 2020 chair of the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority.
While he may tell you that his education was derived from his family’s legacy in agriculture, Chris is a graduate of Arkansas State University and has a concentrated study in master-level organizational communications from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. When he’s not with clients, Chris can be found assisting his husband, Jonathan, at his full-service interior design firm, J. Parkey.
