Chris Marshall

I have been a real estate agent since 1997 in Maryland. I assist buyers and sellers with purchasing all types of real estate: single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, lots and subdividable parcels of land, commercial property and multi-family homes. I also am a licensed home builder and home improvement contractor and assist buyers with finding the right lot and guide through the entire building process. My building experience assists me in helping determining the condition of homes and pricing any repair work needed. I work extensively in Anne Arundel, Calvert, Charles, St. Mary's, Prince George's, Montgomery, Howard and Baltimore Counties.
