Chris Martin was born in Johnson City, TN, raised in Kingsport, TN, and now resides in the picturesque town of Blountville, TN. He is a proud graduate of Sullivan Central High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from Carson-Newman University. After a fulfilling 13-year career in teaching and coaching, Chris decided to embark on a new journey.
In 2019, Chris became a licensed general contractor in Tennessee and founded Martin Homes LLC. His passion for new construction and expertise in the remodeling process enable him to guide clients through every stage of their home improvement projects.
Married to Shelley Martin, also a Realtor with Prestige Homes of the Tri-Cities, Chris enjoys a fulfilling family life with their two wonderful children, a golden retriever, a couple of cats, and hens that provide fresh eggs daily.
