Chris Mattioli

Chris currently serves as the Sr. Sales Manager for Compass RE in Center City Philadelphia, most recently transitioning from the Sales Manager role with Compass NJ where he oversaw expansion in Monmouth, Ocean, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties. Chris served as the 2024 President of GPAR-Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors. With over 20+ years in the industry and 10+ years in leadership, “My passion for helping others has transitioned from buyers and sellers to helping agents grow and run successful businesses,” says Chris. As a non-competing manager, Chris has truly grown to be a huge advocate for the success of agents.
