I truly don’t know how people go through this process without Chris! First, he helped us sell a condo in Albany, and then he helped us buy our current home. He was there for every step of the way, sharing his opinion when we asked and being honest about the market and pricing. Searching for a home is a very daunting task, especially in 2022. We were on every “multiple listing site” we could find, taking time out of our day to drive to a house only to find a “Sold” sign in the yard or to realize it wasn’t anything what the photos led us to believe. We realized fast that we couldn’t do this on our own and needed help on this journey, and if for nothing else but to be more efficient with our time.
