Chris is professional and handle a very difficult situation for me. I had a renter who wasn’t paying, and it forced me to sell my property. Chris interfaced with the renter flawlessly. he is a mature, responsible agent who rolls with the punches and is not easily offended.

He also got me connected with the correct lawyers, and every other agency needed to sell the property. He is a take charge individual. His rates for his service are quite reasonable comparatively to those who are greedy and need 5%. He is easy to work with affordable, competent, friendly, and very tactful. He had my property sold and money in my bank within four weeks of listing.

I highly recommend Chris for his flexibility, knowledge of real estate and his ability to get things done quickly. He had my house listed the first day I contacted him.
