About Chris

Prior to deciding to make Pagosa Springs home, Chris had a long and prestigious career in the field of real estate. It all started after graduating from Penn State University in 1990. Due to his exemplary performance and work ethic, Chris quickly climbed the corporate ladder of success.

At the tail end of his career within Corporate America, he was leading one of the largest real estate development and management companies in the nation. Chris then went on to create his own consulting company called Mottivation. Mottivation is geared towards the coaching and empowerment of Real Estate Professionals nationwide.

Chris has been blessed to coach thousands of individuals to a level of personal and professional success which most people dream to attain but rarely manifest into reality. Now Chris has embarked on his closing chapter here in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Pagosa Springs is where Chris has chosen to build a legacy in real estate sales as an Associate Broker for Sherpa Real Estate.
