Chris Nelson

Since joining Hall Associates in 1991, Chris has specialized in selling and leasing commercial and industrial real estate. As a Senior Associate Broker, he understands both sides of the fence when it comes to commercial owners and tenants. His expertise coupled with understanding the needs of his clients, the past three decades have produced consistent, effective and positive results. Chris is a life-long resident of the Roanoke Valley therefore is an expert on the Roanoke and western Virginia communities. His knowledge of his field places him in a unique position to deliver custom-tailored services to each and every client. Prior to joining Hall Associates, Chris graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. While in college, Chris co-founded two companies; a commercial and residential carpet and upholstery cleaning company and a commercial janitorial service. The janitorial company grew to be one of Roanoke’s largest. When a competitor expanding to Roanoke bought the company, he joined Hall Associates. Chris has been Salesman of the Month many times over the past 30 years and is regularly recognized as one of the firm’s top three agents annually. One of the greatest strengths is his ability to build and maintain strong, long term relationships with his clients.
