We met Chris and her family through our local church. She runs the church nursery and her and several other mothers (my wife included) take turns watching the kids. We often spoke with Chris after mass about selling our house and buying another home, so when the time came to actually follow through with our plans, she seemed like an obvious choice for us. We got to know her well and trusted her judgement and experience. We were not disappointed! Our house sold in a little less than 2 weeks, and we were under contract on a new home shortly thereafter. Chris is very personable and easy to work with. Her calm demeaner helps to reduce the stress associated with selling and buying a new place. She is very knowledgeable in regards to real estsate and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. Chris is a mother of three so she understands the needs of a growing family that is looking to buy a first home or to upgrade to a larger home. I would highly recommend Chris as an agent to anyone. She will listen carefully to your needs and do her absolute best to meet them.
