About Chris

Originally from the Chicago area, Chris made it to Idaho Falls by way of Manhattan. She moved to Idaho Falls for the same reasons many others do: for the climate with low humidity, the slower pace and affordability. Even with all that, the best reason to live here is the nearby opportunities for year-round outdoor recreation at some of the country’s greatest National Parks and Monuments.

Chris has been a licensed Idaho Falls Realtor since 2007, having worked through the recession and now in the next upturn. Along the way, she has come to be quite passionate about guiding her clients through the transaction process and helping them avoid potential pitfalls and inherent risks along the way, both in the product and the process. And she founded simpLEE HOME with that in mind.

As someone who has relocated to Idaho Falls from the Midwest and East Coast, Chris understands the differences in culture and housing stock. She knows how the products available here will delightfully surprise clients in comparison and where they will fall short. Chris has the right vendors and contractors in place to remedy the product and help create what they seek, without over improving for the local market. And the local lifestyle possibilities with the great outdoors will sway individuals to stay in the area longer than they plan!

Advocating for our consumers and for the protection of private property rights is one of the most important roles in which realtors may serve.
