Chris Pratt

Christopher Pratt has been a lifelong resident of the Capital district. He has been a business owner as well as a commercial property owner for over 13 years. He specializes in the hospitality business such as bars, taverns, and restaurants. He has bought and sold multiple restaurants and gained a vast amount of knowledge through experience, trial, and error. He currently has rental apartments, retail space, and parking rentals and his personal real estate portfolio. He currently resides in Rensselaer county with his amazing wife and stepson. He also has two grown daughters and three beautiful grandchildren.
