Although they came from different coasts, Chris and Janna Price quickly realized they really work together – in more ways than one!
During his youth, Chris spent equal time between Charlotte, North Carolina, and the Grand Strand; Janna was born and raised in and around Seattle, Washington. After a chance meeting and whirlwind courtship, Janna left the Pacific Northwest, and joined Chris in Myrtle Beach.
While Chris worked in the insurance industry, and dabbled in computer network administration, Janna was hired by a major land development company as an administrative assistant. She quickly acclimated to the real estate environment, becoming the Broker’s assistant, office manager, and closing coordinator. Chris began working as a part-time sales agent with the same developer, and after a stunning debut, was promptly hired as a full-time member of the sales team.
Over the years, being unable to assist their clients with other types of properties, or products, weighed heavily on them. Wanting to provide what their clients needed – and not just what the developer offered – they founded Price & Company Realty on this principle, and have never looked back.
In their precious spare time, Chris and Janna enjoy spending time at home, or with friends and family. They share a love of animals, and have two “kids” (Siamese cats), both of whom were rescued. Throughout the year, they try to spend as much time as possible, either in, or on, the water: Chris is an avid scuba diver, and together they enjoy jet skiing and kayaking.
