Chris Quarles

Chris Quarles is a Central Florida native born and raised in Windermere. College Park is where he established Q Realty and Development in 2005. He is also a loyal and active volunteer in the community.

Chris earned his mortgage broker's license in 2001 and gained experience working for Mortgage Solutions of Central Florida and Treasure Title Insurance Company. He started his commercial real estate career at ABC Fine Wine and Spirits more than a decade ago handling acquisitions and dispositions, property management and leasing.

Chris grew up in the real estate industry with both parents in the business. His mother owns her own title insurance company and his father was a custom home builder. Most recently, Chris has expanded his residential real estate business to meet the needs of buyers and sellers in the community. He has a deep knowledge of the market, understands its complexities and has a proven record of finding commercial and residential opportunities.

Chris is committed to helping people and values the importance of giving back. He has served as chairman of the board for the Northern and Central Florida chapter of Make-A-Wish Foundation and also volunteers with United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida and the Camaraderie Foundation.
