A Realtor since 1994, Chris has both listing and sales experience in Single Family Homes, Condominiums, and Investment Properties, as well as a working knowledge in real estate finance. Chris has recently obtained his California Broker's License, and is now a Broker Associate with his company. He has a solid background in marketing, communications, and contract negotiation for his client. A proven San Diego County Realtor, Chris has earned several designations, most recently the CDPE and CSP certifications that enable him to solve the problems of today's distressed property owners.
