Chris Saunders

President and Owner of Green Street Realty, a Champaign, Illinois based real estate company that manages over 3,000 student housing beds, 2,000 multifamily units and 350,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail. In addition, Saunders is the Co-owner of Insurance Providers Group, an independent insurance agency with six offices throughout Central Illinois.

With 18 years of experience, Mr. Saunders has acquired and developed more than $500 million of real estate, including Student Housing, Multifamily, Affordable, Retail, Industrial and Office.
