Chris Schreiber

Chris Schreiber is an Associate Broker with Kiemle Hagood's Brokerage Division, licensed in Idaho and Washington. Chris joined Kiemle Hagood in 2009, having worked in commercial real estate since 1991 with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), Charles R. Wilson & Associates, and Abergel & Associates working on behalf of clients and projects in nearly all 50 states.

Chris is a graduate of the University of Southern California, with 3,000+ hours of real estate education through USC, Appraisal Institute, Department of Real Estate, Office of Real Estate Appraisers, Idaho Mediation Association, Peacemakers International, Society of Farm Manager and Rural Appraisers, Idaho Real Estate Commission, Seminar Group, Commercial Brokers Association, Idaho Association of REALTORS® , and National Association of REALTORS®.

After completing the educational and experience compoents for the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation, Chris returned to brokerage and obtained the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2008. Chris was a past member of the Sandpoint Urban Renewal Agency (SURA), the Bonner County Affordable Housing Agency (BCHA) and a volunteer firefighter/EMT/SAR team lead with Sagle Fire and the Bonner County Sheriff's Department. Chris is also a graduate of IAR Leadership Academy and the Dale Carnegie Training Program.

Today, Chris is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Business Network International (BNI), the Mankind Project, Spokane, and Coeur d’Alene Trader’s Clubs, a commissioner with the City of Post Falls Planning and Zoning Commission, and the 2025 Chairman of the Spokane-Kootenai County Real Estate Research Council (SKRERC).

Today, Chris focuses on commercial/investment real estate in Idaho and Washington, in which he represents Developers, Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants, putting his experience, education and interpersonal skills to work for his clients!
