A Florida-native, Chris Schwartz has lived in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area for over twenty years. His experience in real estate, new construction, and within the hospitality industry have provided him with the perfect blend of housing industry knowledge, local expertise, and a high level of customer care. He brings smiles, support, positive energy, and excellent communication skills to every transaction - going above and beyond while guiding buyers towards making their most important investment. Chris joins Coldwell Banker Realty from Michael Saunders & Company, where he has facilitated the sale and purchase of over 125 homes. He also has a background in plumbing and remodeling many homes in the area. Within the restaurant industry, Chris learned the art of providing exceptional service to all walks of life and is passionate about continuing to serve customers to the best of his abilities. Chris was born and raised in New Port Richey. He loves being in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area for its beaches, golf courses, and wide spread of restaurants. In his spare time, Chris plays guitar, loves sports, and is a coach for youth sports. Chris and his wife, Megan, have a young daughter and 2 boys with an amazing sense of humor for which Chris will take full credit.
