After retiring from 21 years in the Air Force and serving more than two decades overseas, Chris returned to the midlands and immediately dove into Real Estate studies, earned his sales license, and joined the friend and family team at Shealy Realty. In addition to numerous military awards and decorations for excellence and leadership, he has earned his Certification in Business Management, Associates of Applied Science, Bachelor's in Finance concentrating in Real Estate, and Master's in Real Estate Development. Furthermore, Chris has progressed beyond the general "salesperson" license with education and testing to become a real estate broker; and though not actively homebuilding, he has passed the rigorous testing and has become a licensed Residential Home Builder.
Unlike many agents, Chris is experienced and familiar with the intricacies of various types of real estate transactions, such as large and small land tracts, manufactured homes, rural estates, and common subdivision homes.
Born and raised in the South Carolina Midlands, Chris is thoroughly familiar with the land, culture, and community. Having personally trained hundreds of young servicemen and women, he takes great pleasure in using his subject matter knowledge to help others achieve their goals. Additionally, he takes pride in making himself available to buyer and seller clients day and night, seven days a week.
