About Chris

Real estate has given me the opportunity to help others. Clients who have worked with me know that they’ll get an authentic human experience. As soon as any new information comes in, I’ll follow up with them. I try to educate new homebuyers what is needed to help guide them through the home buying or selling experience, and encourage my clients in stressful times. I make myself available whenever they may need to reach me. I’m always happy to lend a buyer or a seller my advice, but in the end, it’s their decision, and I’m there to back them up through negotiations and diligent work. I operate around the pillars of positivity, honor, integrity, and strength. I know the transaction isn’t about me. It’s about my client. I can be adaptable when they need me to be, and I can help them find additional services through my network. I know this is more than business, it is a personal relationship, and I can contribute inspirational leadership, shouldering your anxiety, stress, and emotions. I hope for the chance to help you make your way home.

Homes.com Review

Chris is a very passionate and hard working realtor. He worked for us relentlessly to get us our dream home in this crazy market. He perfectly timed the sale of our old house and the move to our new home. He also helped us with setting up the movers and worked with us through the long process. He is the best and we know who to call for our future home buying/selling needs. --Deepak Benjamin

Homes.com Review

Working with Chris was awesome. Not only did he go out and find great houses matching our wish list to look at, he also made himself available for last minute viewings on houses. He was very knowledgeable about each process we were going through and was a big help in negotiating the price and pointing us in the direction of a good home lender as well. This was our first home purchase and he made it a great buying experience. --Cory Gregory

Homes.com Review

Chris helped us sell our home in Plano, Texas within three weeks of putting it on the market. As overseas owners of our home, we went into the sales process thinking that we would need to spend significant time on the phone with numerous contractors, agents and Title companies renovating, marketing and selling our home. We evaluated six realtors and Chris stood out as the one who would help us through complex home updates during the Thanksgiving period, market the home just after the New Year, and negotiate an offer real-time and with a 12-14 hour time difference. He took a personal interest in the renovations to the house, even seeking the advice of his wife to ensure that we had the proper color schemes to match paint, flooring and countertops in the kitchen. Even his daughter pitched in to help inspect the contractor’s work at the house – now that’s well above and beyond the norms of good customer service! He worked closely with the contractor and sent us numerous pictures almost on a daily basis so that we could see the progress on the home. When it came time to price the house for sale, Chris helped us with the pricing analysis to ensure that it reflected the updates. Chris held one open house to market the property (but was prepared to do more as needed). We received an offer from an overseas buyer that was heavily negotiated between the buyer and us. Chris gave us sound advice during the negotiation process and worked with the seller’s agent to help close a win-win cash offer. When it came to the actual logistics of closing on the property, Chris brought in a fantastic Title Company that helped us through signing the papers overseas at our country’s U.S. Consulate. All of was done with less than a half dozen phone / video calls. Chris made himself available at times that were convenient for us, which is a feat given that we are based in Asia. We also travel a lot for work, and Chris was flexible about using the technology at hand – including WhatsApp and Skype – to communicate with us, which was very convenient. Our home renovations and marketing were done during the Thanksgiving / Christmas / New Year’s timeframe, and Chris took personal time away from his family to accommodate our calls, IMs and emails. Working with Chris was truly a great experience. Chris is the most trustworthy and savvy real estate professional whom we’ve ever engaged and we would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Dallas area. --Sundi Aiyer
