We live in Washington State and the house is in Carson City so he did a walk thru for us and when we were able to go and finally look at it He helped us with our offer and was so approachable and friendly. Chris is a fantastic real estate agent. His knowledge of the area and local market was impressive (born and raised in the Carson Valley). He was able to use this to our advantage when negotiating. He was incredibly organized and always kept us informed. Being a former contractor, he put us in contact with several local workman to help us with a few projects on the property before we moved in. This was very helpful when moving to a new area. We would recommend him without reservation.

Chris made our home buying experience feel smooth even when it was anything but smooth. We were relocating to Carson City and we couldn't physically look at homes, he provided us with a virtual tour on the houses we were interested in. He kept us up to date on next steps, and worked with us when we came up with scenarios that were best for our family. If you need someone who's a go getter and will get the job done, it's Chris!

Chris was fantastic! We live in Washington and saw a house we were interested in. Chris went above and beyond making sure it was a property we would really want so we didn't come down to see in person for nothing. He did two walk thoughs with us on the phone, then another when we came to look at the property. He then fought for us to get the best price possible. After it closed and he still had no problems with helping us before we got to Carson by checking on the house. He also helped with finding heating/ac company we could trust and a great landscaper to help get the house ready.
I wouldn't deal with anyone else in the Carson area. I will certainly use him in the future.

Chris has been with me through the purchase of three houses and selling of two of them. His insight into real estate as well as his knowledge of construction has been immensely helpful on all of my transactions since I was buying fixer-uppers, so this insight was invaluable. He’s also amazing in negotiations and doesn’t let other agents or buyers/sellers push him around.
