Chris helped us sell our rental property quickly in a declining housing market. He proposed a very efficient strategy up front (including performing a seller inspection prior to listing the home to prevent surprises) and executed the strategy effectively. We were able to get the home into good condition quickly and received a full-price all-cash offer within seven days of listing.
