Chris Somple

Born and raised in New York City, Chris graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont and immediately emigrated to California in search of surf and adventure. He was on his way to Santa Barbara, but was lucky enough to find Santa Cruz first and have been here ever since.

After an early career as a boat builder, Chris made a career change to real estate at a very young age and has, now, been successfully helping home buyers and sellers in Santa Cruz County for over 25 years.

He loves finding deals and loves negotiating. He is sure that growing up in Manhattan has had a lot to do with his acquisition of these skills. Chris treats every client as if they were family and that maxim as a guiding principle has served him well.
