I could not have asked for a better agent. Chris went above and beyond what I ever expected. I was in a severe time crunch and needed a place to suit my needs on rather short notice, in a market that is the opposite of buyer friendly.

Chris was available at any time I requested, and was able and willing to show me dozens of houses. I was rather picky and knew what I wanted and what I was willing to spend, but Chris never once faltered and got me the perfect place. In fact, if it wasn’t for Chris, I would have never even known my new townhome was on the market.

I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new home. I will without a doubt go back to Chris for any future home buying/selling needs.

Chris not only helped us find the perfect home in record time, but made the entire process a walk in the park.
He showed us houses before we even knew they were on the market and wouldn't let us settle on a house that didn't tick all our boxes because he knew it was out there. We weren't looking for our forever home, but we found it with Chris' help!
If I could give him 10 stars out of 5, I would!!

Chris helped us from looking for a rental, to considering buying, to the pre-approval & shopping process, negotiating, all the way to closing on our home. He never missed a phone call, and would call to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way. He's a phenomenal realtor and an even better man!

I’ve been trying to get a house forever and I was about to give up when someone referred me to Chris. I didn’t have the funds for appraisal guarantees and all of these things other agents told me I needed to get an offer accepted in this market.
Chris was very professional, walked me through the steps of what my options were and was able to get an offer accepted with no appraisal guarantee and even got me $5,000 in concessions! I can’t recommend him enough, phenomenal realtor. Thank you Chris!
