About Chris

Suarez brings experience in real estate law, real estate title, and real estate sales to his team. He began his career in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Sales on the East Coast in New York before moving to the West Coast over a decade ago. He naturally gravitated to the urban real estate market and has specialized in marketing and selling close-in urban properties and condominiums in the Portland Metro area. He has developed a very proactive marketing system to market and sell homes at an average of 99% of their list price and in over 30 days less than the city average.
Suarez has personally represented over 1000 buyers and sellers combining in over $250 Million in closed volume throughout his career. Suarez meets quarterly and masterminds monthly with many of the top agents across the country to strategize on what is working and being effective in the immediate market. His team personally sold over 220 homes last year alone.
