If there were more than 5 stars, I would check them all. Shain has gone above and beyond my expectations in my home selling process. He responds to my questions immediately (which is huge for me), very responsive, guided me in preparing my home for listing, very knowledgeable, and patient. You have to love your job to do what he does and I couldn't have chosen a better broker than him and his team. They are all amazing. His heart is in what he does and I highly recommend him if your looking for a hard-working honest broker. You won't be disappointed.

Where do I start? When it comes to Realtors Shain sets the bar extremely high! When I started looking at homes there was zero delay from Shain. I told Shain I needed a house ASAP and from there the rest is history. It was almost instantly that I was viewing homes on my home buying adventure. Here we are a couple months later and I have a beautiful new home! He is timely, hustles, patient, and is very ambitious. You can tell he loves what he does and that he loves to please his clients. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a home in New Mexico consider using Shain as their realtor! He also has a military background, anybody who is military he will go the extra lengths for you. My home buying journey with Shain has been awesome and if you chose him as your realtor yours will be too!!!

Shain Tanner helped us buy and sell a house in the ABQ area. I was impressed how much market research he did and he was always available to answer our questions day or night.
