My sister recommended Chris Wallace when we trying to sell our late mother's home. And I'm so glad she did! Chris is friendly, helpful, and most of all, very knowledgeable of the real estate business. She found a buyer in two days, which amazed me and my siblings. When we were preparing to move to Williamsport in 2003, Chris Wallace was recommended to us by a church friend. We found her to be very professional and skilled. As it turned out, she had sold the home we ended up buying to the current residents, so this was a real plus as she was familiar with the house. It was quite natural for us to choose Chris again when we planned to sell our home in 2015. Based on conversation with her, our expectations were: suggesting a fair price based on her research, a broad listing of our house over many new media outlets; prompt return of our calls and emails; honesty and integrity; answering our questions with her breadth of professional knowledge and experience; flexibility; working well with the buyer's agent; and courteous service. Chris met all of our expectations. What impressed us most was that Chris is a no-nonsense professional - her aim is to see that a property is sold to the satisfaction of the seller. I have know Chris for many years, but this fall was the first opportunity I needed her professional services. I can not find the words to describe the effort, the knowledge, the assistance she provided me in the staging and sale of my home. It was an amazing experience for me because of Chris and her assistance Denise! My home sold in 48 hours with two (2) full price offers! But even more incredible was the ease with which we closed the sale...because of her organizational skills, her knowledge of documentation, and her attention to detail. This closing occurred while I was in another state, all done via email and telephone. On a scale of 1-10 (being totally satisfied), I would give me experience 100!~ Would do it all again with Chris and Denise.
