Chris Webb

Chris Webb was raised in the Hudson Valley of New York. She relocated to Bald Head Island by way of Lexington, KY to be closer to family living in Hampstead, NC. Her love of the beach, sailing and waterfront living brought her to Bald Head Island as a full time resident in 1999.

Chris has been very active contributing to the community of Bald Head Island. She served on the Stage II Architectural Review and the Harbour Association Board of Directors and currently sits on the Harbour Association Architectural Review Board. She served on the Board of Directors of The Old Baldy Foundation, Inc. taking over as President from 2006 until 2016 when she was hired by the Foundation to become the Executive Director of the 501 (c) 3 not for profit.

Chris opened a small boutique firm, Two Gulls Realty in 2004. Chris’ wealth of island knowledge and her long time commitment to the community has been an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers of real estate on Bald Head Island. She recently joined Intracoastal Realty as their Broker for Bald Head Island.

In addition to enjoying island life, Chris loves to travel, especially with her extended family. She is an avid cook and loves to entertain. She also enjoys all forms of recreation around the water.
