My husband and I highly recommend Chris Young of King & Associates, who helped us with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one this past year. We’d decided to downsize from a house we’d lived in for 21 years and into a smaller property in an over-55 community, a major move for us. Though buying and selling property is stressful for anyone, Chris quickly put our worries at ease. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and answered any questions we had. In addition, he and King & Associates incorporated the latest technology in marketing our home, which was not only fascinating to us, but gave our house the promotion it needed for a quick sale. (To our delight, we had three contracts in three days.) We can’t say enough about Chris! Highly recommended.

in the past we used chris young of King and associates to help us find our first home, hes very responsive takes his time. and doesn't push you to settle for anything less then what you want. he drove countless miles to help us in our search of our second home purchase, as well as had our first starter home SOLD almost immediately, hes very knowledgeable when and if hiccups do occur! hes one of the most honest and trustworthy realtors I have met, during the sale and purchase of our NEW DREAM HOME, he put in many phone calls to ensure we were on track and help the process go as smoothly as possible. I have used Chris to buy 2 homes and sell 1 home and I WOULD not recommend using anyone else! I highly recommend and continue to recommend Chris, as well as king and associates!

I worked with Chris for almost a year as we were selling my home. I am very glad he was my realtor. Chris responded quickly every time I reached out to him. He is good-spirited, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He had good ideas in regards to how to address specific challenges that came up in the selling process.
