Chris moved to Myrtle Beach from western Pennsylvania in 2007 only knowing two things, he didn't want to work in the insurance business anymore and he never wanted to see snow again.

After spending a couple of years managing restaurants and bars, he discovered that his true passion was real estate. Chris loves the responsibility of helping people with some of the largest and most important investments that they will ever make.
