Chrissy Brahler is the broker-owner of Regal Touch Realty, Inc., catering to Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Parrish, Ellenton, and Sarasota. She has held a Florida real estate license since 1998, beginning her career with Coldwell Banker in Orlando before joining a Re/Max agency. Upon relocating to the Lakewood Ranch area, she became associated with Atchley International Realty before ultimately establishing her brokerage, Regal Touch Realty.

A Certified Distressed Property Expert, Chrissy has undergone extensive training, earning her CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resource Specialist) designations. With years of experience in facilitating the buying and selling of distressed and foreclosed properties, she is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of respect, courtesy, and confidentiality.
