I'm Chrissy Reilly, a top-producing real estate agent with Compass in Orange County, CA, and co-leader of the Chrissy Reilly & Diane Kutinsky team. A California native, I began my journey in San Diego studying biochemistry and cell biology at UCSD. I spent three years working in the emergency department—where I learned to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly in high-stakes situations. That foundation now fuels my work in real estate, where I blend analytical thinking, client-focused service, and strong market insight.
