Chrissy Steele

Chrissy Steele began her real estate journey in 1998 and quickly developed a strong passion for the industry. In 2004, she obtained her Associate Broker's license and has since devoted herself to helping sales agents achieve their goals. With an impressive track record, including being named the 2019 REALTOR® of the Year, serving as a Past President of the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, and receiving training as an Ombudsman and Mediator, Chrissy is a respected figure in the real estate community.

Currently, she holds the esteemed position of the 2023 President of the Delaware Association of REALTORS® and actively serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® while being a valued member of the National Professional Standards Committee.

Chrissy proudly calls Delaware her home and is thankful for the opportunity to work in this diverse and beautiful state. She resides in Lewes with her husband, two children, and their faithful dog.
