I'm Christa Hermosillo, REALTOR® and owner of ICON Northwest Realty with Keller Williams in Coeur d'Alene & Sandpoint, Idaho. I am a state licensed Real Estate Agent in Idaho and a state licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington, serving clients in both states for all residential and land needs.

I'm also a Master Gardener, a Lavender Farmer, a Biochemist, a Distiller, a Wife and Mother and I love the Inland Northwest! This region, the Inland Northwest, has some of the most beautiful lakes and rivers, fertile farming lands, exciting festivals and tight-knit communities that make North Idaho and Eastern Washington a desired location to raise a family or to retire. My roots in the Inland Northwest run deep going back generations. My mother was born and raised in Southern Idaho and graduated from Idaho State Univeristy in Pocatello, Idaho, with a degree in Business and Home Economics and was a Cheerleader supporting the Tigers at sporting events. She moved on to become a Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Investor in Eastern Washington. My father hails from Central and Eastern Washington and graduated from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington with a degree in Forest Mangement. He served in the Army for a number of years and when he came home from overseas, became the owner and operator of grain elevators and farm/feed supply stores in multiple cities and has owned his own cattle and hay ranch for a number of decades. While running his businesses and farm, he also served as Washington State Representative from the 7th Legislative District from 1983-1996.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in BioChemistry from Seattle Pacific University in Seattle, Washington, and I hold a Master's Degree in BioChemistry from Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. I have worked in and led cancer research labs at some of the top cancer institutes in the country over the years and my works published. I have also owned one the oldest commercial certified organic lavender agritourism farm destinations in the country and two lavender retail shops in Western Washington.

I own homes, farmland, and timberland that I manage in two states and understand that my unique experiences and competencies are valued by my clients in my service to them of their home and land needs whether buying or selling.
