As an anxious first time homebuyer, I needed a capable, confident, and patient real estate agent...I found all of that and more in Christa Marquardt from Asset Vu Real Estate. She supported me through every step of the process, from excitedly searching for and walking through homes, to nervously making my first offer, losing bidding wars to all-cash buyers, and joyfully having an offer accepted. Even after we had an accepted offer, Christa continued to offer instrumental support with the inspections and follow up communications. Christa and her excellent team made the entire experience as simple as it possibly could be. Buying a home is a monumental undertaking, but Christa made the process a pleasure. My gratitude for Christa and her team can not be overstated. I am so happy that I trusted her with one of the biggest decisions of my life. She more than earned my trust.
