We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Christa. She is honest and hands-on and made both transactions stress free. When we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Christa walked us through every step of the negotiations. She then turned around and sold our house the next weekend for top dollar. Also, it must be noted here that she accomplished all this in the most volatile of real estate markets in the past 30 years!

Most importantly, her demonstrated emotional intelligence suggested, to her absolute credit, that she also could have been a full-time psychologist who capably shows houses every now and then:) And as Seniors in need of an expert in real estate who did so much more than watch HGTV, such a talent revealed to us that Christa was the answer to our prayers and one who certainly won our respect as clients and and eventually our affection as a friend.

Christa has been a tremendous help throughout our first-time home-buying experience. She is informative, passionate, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. It took us about a year, but she stayed on top of it. We looked at a lot of houses before deciding on THE ONE. Christa Ward was amazing to work with to both sell our townhome and purchase a new home that had many obstacles along the way (think tenants, un-permitted kitchens, well and septic inspections, two-on-a-lot, etc). She was professional and organized, and she helped us work through all the details to sell our home and acquire our new one smoothly. Her communication with all parties involved, from financing, to inspections, to dealing with existing tenants on the property, was fantastic. She truly knows the housing market and made a difficult transaction smooth and easy for us. Christa is also pleasant to work with and keeps her cool under pressure. We highly recommend her!
