Chris values trust, education, and transparency. She demonstrates these qualities in her unique approach to customizing each transaction to suit each seller and buyers' individual needs every day. Raised in the Greater Baltimore area, Chris began her sales career at eighteen as a nail technician. She took the skills she learned there as well as honing her listening and interpersonal experience and carried them through her collegiate years at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. Post-Graduation, she entered the workforce as an executive assistant to the Chief of Staff at the National Trucking Association in Virginia. Her experience working with a former two term Governor, executive staff and organizations throughout the U.S. led her to the real estate industry once transferred to Texas. She learned this dynamic business from a top-producing team as a contract specialist handling every detail from the time clients entered the contract stage through settlement and beyond. Once transferred back to her native Baltimore, she knew she wanted to nurture her passion in residential real estate and spent the past 9 years working in real estate sales and management. While the four-year spent in Management were worthwhile, Chris' passion is in sales and collaborating directly with the client as a full time REALTOR.
Chris is a proud wife to a top-producing Commercial Truck Salesperson, Nick Constantine, stepmother to Joe and Nicholas Constantine and mommy to Grady the Dalmatian. She enjoys spending quarterly travel time to the Caribbean, visiting friends across the country and line dancing. She even competed in the World Line Dancing Competition in Nashville, TN in 2000! Chris has been inspired and trained by real estate leaders Gino Blefari, Brian Buffini, Mike Ferry and is now a part of the Tom Ferry Breakthrough by Design program to help elevate her sales skills and customer service efficiency. She is also a highly active member in her local REALTOR? Association as the former Education Chairperson and currently serving her third year as a member of the Board of Directors. Chris also believes giving back to our community and this industry is an integral part of our responsibility as an Agent.
